Step 1. |

Open Outlook Express.
Click on File and select Identities.
Add New Identity. |

Type your name and click OK. |

You
will be prompted with the screen shown above. Click
Yes. |

Step 4.

Type your name as you would like it to appear when you send e-mail. Click
Next. |

Step 5. |

Select "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use" and type your e-mail address in the space provided. |

Make sure
POP3 is selected from the mail server drop down selection.
Enter the Incoming mail server, "pop3.intercityweb.com"
(not case sensitive).
For the Outgoing mail server, enter your ISP's outgoing e-mail server information. (You may have to contact your ISP for this information.)
If you are using InterCity Services for outgoing mail,
enter: barracuda.intercityweb.com.
Click Next. |

In the space for
Account Name, enter your
full username, including the domain name. In the box labeled
Password, type your password as agreed on by you and InterCity Services, Inc. Click
Next. |

Congratulations! Your e-mail account is now setup in Outlook Express. Click
Finish. |
